About the appeal
Dove House Hospice is the only adult hospice in this region serving a population of 325,000. The hospice desperately needs to extend its facilities to meet current demands and has launched the Love you 2 appeal to raise £2.5 million towards the re-development of the hospice site at Chamberlain Road.

Enjoy the summer months ... Organise a Summer Soiree!

Would you organise a special get-together with friends and family in June,July or August 2013 to raise funds for the appeal. Hold a cocktail party, BBQ, coffee morning ... whatever you fancy! Charge a nominal price per person and raise additional funds with a raffle, tombola etc.. We can provide posters, tickets, balloons etc. Let us know what you are planning!

Love you 2 Day and Weekend 24th to 26th May

On Friday 24th May, and across the weekend, we are holding our third Love you 2 Day. We need as many people as possible to get involved and do anything they like to help us raise money... all at the same time! Lets make it BIGGER and BETTER than last year.

Dress down, or up! ... Cake sale ... Raffle ... Book Sale ... Frock swap ... Kidnap the boss ... Coffee morning ... Race night ... Sponsored walk/run/swim/cycle ... abseil ... collect mobile phones or toner cartridges to recycle.

Please get involved whether your ideas are big or small .... every penny helps this fantastic appeal. We can supply you with posters and flyers to promote your event ... also ballons, collection boxes, pin badges etc. We can even help with ideas and planning tips for your event and don't forget to check the Getting Involved section of this website.
